Welcome to my first blog!

I’m currently applying for year in industry placements for next year, and my brother, Chris, suggested a blog might be a neat way to keep track of all the projects I’ve been doing both in and outside of University.

Being a 3rd Manufacturing student at Warwick can be a lot of fun (got to play with some robot arms) but is also a lot of hard work – we have 6 modules work 15 credits each this year, along with an individual project worth 30 credits (120 total), which is supposed to equate to 1200 hours total over 30 weeks, pretty much 40 hours a week. Factor into that playing in the UWMHC 3rd XI and working in the Students Union and time can become quite interesting to manage!
